Hi, I am David King and Welcome to Kings Career Coaching.
I have over 30 years of experience as a People Leader working as a HR Manager, Recruitment Manager and a Senior Level Multi Site Area Manager developing and coaching thousands of people along the way.
I am passionate about helping people develop into being the best version of themselves and making their career dreams a reality.

We will review your LinkedIn profile and also explore ways to utilise this platform more effectively with networking and search functions.
During this session we will also examine general job searching techniques.

Skills and Mindset Coaching
This session focusses on 2 vital areas in moving forward which are your transferrable skills and your current Mindset.
Looking at your strengths, areas of development through honest discussion, using some technical profiling to assist in learning and moving towards our goals.
You will learn more about your future direction and feel better in the process.

Job Interview Coaching 1
Interviews can be nerve-wracking, however the key to doing well is preparation, so when those questions are asked in your interview you are ready for them.
This session also helps with tips on nerves and we address those questions that sound simple, but all have a specific purpose and a preferred answer.

Job Interview Coaching 2
This session is very different to Interview Coaching 1 and is all about behavioral based questions and the STAR format.
We will work through relevant examples related to your selection criteria and practice the STAR technique, so you are ready in an interview.
We will also cover ways to end the interview, what to do after the interview and working through the job offer process.

Starting Out Package
Making important career decisions when you are young can be very tough.
I have coached many young people who are realising the career they wanted and studied for is not for them anymore.
This session is designed to give clients a re-start with their career through clarification and options.
During this session we will work through personality profiling, job suitability and presenting a fantastic Resume.
